You have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and are always looking for the best way to do something.Responsibilities:

Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives

Creating interactive design concepts

Designing: mood boards; storyboards; interactive page layouts; site grids and interface demos; photo retouching and enhancements; animated GIFs

Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables

Building and maintaining a team rapport with creative team personnel, account managers, & project managers
Required Skills:

3-5 years demonstrated development experience with hand-coding advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, MooTools, YUI, etc)

Experience in working within a team environment

Proficiency with cross-browser/cross-platform issues, DOM and web standards

Experience working in a Mac/PC environment

Description:QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
The successful Quality Assurance Specialist candidate will have solid experience with testing automation tools and possess the ability to cross train and mentor other team members on automation best practices, scripting and use of tools. Day-to-day you will be assigned to multiple projects within a Business Unit. You will represent the QA department in a project team capacity, and will be responsible for quality advocacy, planning, implementation, testing and validation, quality reporting and metrics. Our ideal QA Specialist will be an active contributor in a collaborative team environment, and passionate about the quality of our work, our clients, and our culture.
Responsibilities:
- Act as QA representative on project teams
- Monitor project compliance to standards and guidelines
- Verify that project documentation is sufficiently detailed to support development of QA materials
- Develop product test plans, test scripts and checklists
- Perform integration, functionality, system, regression, load and acceptance testing using manual methods and testing tools
- Perform business and functional requirements verification
- Record all test results, and completely document defects and system errors
- Some administration of testing and QA tools
Required Skills:
At LEAST 3 years of experience in the following:
- Software test automation tool (s)Software test automation tool (s)
- Formal software test methods and Quality Assurance programs
- Preparation or formal test plans, test cases and bug reporting
- Formal testing techniques such as regression, integration, load, & usability.
- Web testing experience
- SQL experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Meticulous nature; displaying a penchant for detail and precision
- Exceptional teamwork skills, sense of humour and a positive attitude
